The Service itself, including its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Kreova AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries.

We reserve the right to terminate your account and report you to appropriate authorities if you violate these restrictions.
Credits: Our Service operates on a credit system suitable for generating minutes of video or audio. Credits may be purchased or allotted via subscription.
Subscriptions: Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: Generally, all purchases are final and non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion (e.g., in the event of major service failure).
Rollover: Unless explicitly stated in your plan, credits granted via monthly subscription do not roll over to the next month. Top-up credits bought separately do not expire as long as your account is active.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. KREOVA AI MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT GENERATED BY THE AI.
AI models can hallucinate or produce biased, offensive, or incorrect content. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any Output before using, publishing, or relying on it.
IN NO EVENT SHALL KREOVA AI, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
