Input and Output Content: We store your generated assets so you can access them in your library. You may delete these assets at any time via the platform interface, at which point they are removed from our storage systems (though they may persist in backups for a limited period).

When using features like AI Avatar generation or Voice Cloning, the Service may process measurements of your face or voice that could be considered "biometric data" under certain laws.

We process this data solely to generate the requested video/audio output. We do not use this data for identification purposes outside of the specific generation context. This data is not shared with third parties except as necessary to process the generation (e.g., sending the audio to an inference server).

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
